The final exam/exercise for undergraduate students will be to create a course syllabus. To design your course, pick a sector of government structure, e.g. policing, education, taxation, and create a syllabus that will teach students about government policies and laws lead to disparate life outcomes based on racial classification. The syllabus must contain an annotated bibliography of no less than eight sources/readings; each annotation should be no more than a fat paragraph (around the size of this paragraph). The bibliography can include required readings assigned during this semester; and it must contain at least four new readings. The new readings could be sources you found independently or sources from the recommended readings.
