F‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌ood and Beverage Business Concept Proposal
You are required to apply the learning acquired throughout the module and create a food and beverage concept proposal which offers an overview to a potential investor. The proposal may be developed into a business plan in the future. In the proposal you must discuss and analyse the concept development process that you adopted in order to create the food and beverage business concept.
Consider the following areas in your proposal:
1) What is the background of your ideas/influences and what opportunities did you
identify in the market to support your idea? What is the anticipated target market of
your concept and why?
2) Justify the choice ‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌of the name of your concept. What is the unique selling point of your concept?
3) Discuss and justify the style of menu and the style of service that you will implement in your concept.
4) Present the steps that you will implement in order to have a successful concept
launch.
5) Given that the food service industry is a competitive market where companies appear and disappear, use the life cycle model to show how your concept can gain an advantage over its competitors.
6) You should identify opportunities and/or challenges that the business might face at this stage of its development.
