H‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌ello,
This is an essay towards Perspectives on Policy, Practice and Professionalism for Teachers.
The topic is “A Critical examination on the dyslexic child – Can Assisted Technology make an improvement to learning?”
I can either u‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌se dyslexia or autism. Or really any Special education needs.
A minimum of 15 references. 18 – 20 would be brilliant.
This work is to run beside my own writing and help my writing.
I have added 2 pdf files that show clearly how it must be do‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌ne.

A‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌nalyse the attached observations, Interpret the Observations and fill in the three columns in the attached. Reflect on how these observations will inform your planning for each focus child in the observation. I am uploading a completed sample observation for your reference. Please remember to thoroughly analyse the ‘evidence’ given in the observation and use theory/literature/pedagogical studies to explain the significance of the behaviour in the observation given. Also, how will you then use this‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌ ‘evidence’ and ‘analysis’ to plan your teaching and lessons for the focus child. Mention the implications for planning, if any. In the Group Observations – I have noticed that you haven’t used the outcomes or sub-outcomes within the EYLF to help add to the analysis based on the observations. To do this, choose the relevant EYLF outcomes/sub-outcomes. Also include evidence from your observation to tie it all in together. Do not forget to add references at the bottom – APA 7th edition style, please‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌!

Digital technologies offer opportunities for creating, communicating and collaborating as part of the learning process.
This assessment task is more of a reflection as a teacher. You need to plan, implement and evaluate a series of lessons integrating Technology, including digital technologies, to expand curriculum learning opportunities for students. Supporting documentation in the form of lesson plans, written feedback received from Mentor Teacher and Clinical Teaching Specialist as well as resources to further develop their own professional learning will be shared and retained.
You will synthesise the constructive feedback on her/his evolving competence as a clinical teacher in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies. You will then develop a realistic and detailed plan to strengthen the areas that she/he will have identified as needing improvement in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies.
This will be assessed as a written component and will demonstrate your self- reflection, focusing on the incorporation of Technology, including digital technology, to support student participation and extended learning. You will be required to model safe and ethical use of Technology, including digital technologies, as both a delivery method and a learning resource – for yourself as well as the children (age group 3-5 year olds). (Artefacts in the form of planning documentation/feedback, student work samples and video data are not included in the word count.)
Assessment Purpose
The document will demonstrate your capacity to reflect on their practice and extend their personal professional learning through inquiry and research in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies. The Learning Action Plan is a critical task that requires you to synthesise constructive feedback on their evolving competence as a reflective teacher in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies.
Assessment Details
You will collect feedback on their professional knowledge, practice or engagement from Mentor Teacher, Clinical Teaching Specialist and Child in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies. You will then engage in critical self-reflection, as well as reflecting on, analysing and synthesising, the feedback from the above sources.
Using resea‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌rch and theory acquired in academic subjects, you will:
1. Reflect on your incorporation of Technology, including digital technology, to expand curriculum learning opportunities for children.
2. Identify their strengths and areas for improvement based upon the evidence and feedback they have collected in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies.
3. Propose a realistic Learning Action Plan that will help to address the area of practice that you have identified as a professional learning priority in relation to your use of Technology, including digital technologies. This must include professional development opportunities such as workshops, webinars as well as books and/or research papers. These resources must not be the ones used in other lectures from the course.
Assessment Criteria
Overall, the task will be assessed in accordance with the extent to which you:
1. Critiques your practice in relation to the use of Technology, including digital technologies to expand learning opportunities for children.
2. Identifies and justifies areas of strength and areas in need of further development in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies, using evidence of their teaching practice, and the impact on children’s learning to support their self- evaluation.
3. Respectfully seeks and critically evaluates feedback on his/her own teaching performance in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies.
4. Reflects on the rationale for continued professional learning and the implications for improved student learning in relation to their use of Technology, including digital technologies.
Referencing
APA referencing should be used for all materials, or citations made in the task whose sources are from published text, the Internet, or other educators.
Example, consider the below questions –
1. Children in the class average, above, or below.
2. Numeracy and literacy levels of the children
3. Considering the abilities and challenges with the current cohort of children how will you modify your lesson plans.
4. ICT is most effective when the teachers and co-educators are up to date with technology themselves – elaborate with theories and proofs – compare with your current placement setting – how will this impact your ICT lesson plan?
5. What is the future of ICT in early childhood education settings? Where do you currently stand and where do you see yourself in the future in terms of teaching pedagogies with I‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌CT?
